Dry Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps:

Rotary vane pumps with eccentric rotor, designed for oil free operation and requiring little periodical maintenance. They can be used as compressors or as force pumps, to produce vacuum and pressure at the same time. Designed for low to medium vacuum, they are used in the woodworking and paper processing industry, in handling and packaging systems, in water purification systems etc.

Capacity: 3 ÷ 100 Nm3/h
Vacuum: 150 mbar abs.
Final rel. pressure: 0.6 ÷ 1.7 bar.

These dry running rotary vane pumps are available in the following sizes, they are available with single and 3 phase motors up to size 40s and the 100 is only available in 3 phase

These pumps may be retrofitted to the Busch SECO range, the BECKER VT range and the Rietschle KVT range.

There are also accessories available for these pumps such as external inlet filters which we recommend fitting to existing pumps for added protection and extension of vane life.
